Hello everyone! I am new to the site and have been doing the 3-Hour diet for about 2 months. I have done most of the recipes in the book, and done the 3 Hour Plate. I have looked in the "New Recipe Box" and found some new recipes, however there are some in there that don't seem to fit the diet's requirements. Does anyone have any recipes that are new, and from Jorge Cruise?
He was supposed to be coming out with a cookbook -- but I haven't seen anything on it yet. But I also haven't checked Amazon or Barnes & Noble to see either. I thought it was supposed to come out this month.
