It's Monday!

  • Well, I didn't do as badly as I had expected and STS this week. I have to really try to get motivated here... Hope everyone had a great weekend and are ready for the grind of the week. Have a good day!
  • Good morning everyone!!! How was everyone's weekend??? A STS is not bad at all, its better than a gain so keep up the great job!!! Its another rainy cold day here in NC, I have lots of housework to do so that will keep me busy. We are suppose to have a ball game tonight but I seriously doubt we will have it with the rain.

Hope everyone has a great OP day!
  • Hi All! It is Monday morning, blah, blah, blah......

I had a very busy weekend. Bobby made his First Holy Communion on Saturday. We had his party yesterday. I did very well with food choices. My WI on Sunday was a STS. I was a little disappointed with that because I was OP so much of last week. It just reinforces what I have been saying for 2 years - I need to EXERCISE!!!!

It is so discouraging, because I know it is what I ABSOLUTELY need to do to lose weight, but I don't do it. I am so busy with everything else in my life and then I am so tired by the time I sit down at night, that I don't do what I should. It is a sad story that repeats itself over and over. I will never win this battle until I change the ending to the story! I am not giving up though!! I will continue to try to rewrite my story! Especially after seeing video over the weekend of me in my bathingsuit! It was not at all what I want to look like!!! I will keep that mental image in mind when I want to eat off plan - very inspiring, trust me!

My allergies are absolutely killing me! I am so stuffy and itchy!!! Yuck!
What is everyone else up to this week?

  • I lost 1 pound last week! I'm quite happy with that. To those of you who STS, don't despair. That's great! Maintaining is just as difficult as losing weight! And it just proves that you are able to maintain your weight loss! You're on the right track! Be proud of your achievements and continue to try to make every new day just a little bit better then yesterday! In the end, it will pay off, and the weight will come off!

There's no hurry in losing the weight is there? Think about it. What would you prefer? Sticking to your plan, and maintain your weight or lose a few pounds or go back to the way you were before, and end right back to where you were in the beginning with all the extra weight and a few more...
  • Started my new job today. Not much time to do anything. The woman I am replacing left a few things hanging so I got thrown in there to do some things right away. But not bad for a first day. So much to learn. So many names and things to remember, but I'll get there. Exciting but exhausting.
  • Good luck with the new job Tammy and keep us posted. I'm sure you will do just wonderfully.
