OK Tammy, now you are going to make me feel guilty today.

I did have a pile of veggies for breakfast - mushrooms, spinach, onions, artichokes, tomatoes, red/green bell peppers.

But I ate popcorn for dinner!

Well how bout this for guilt you got me motivated enough to have a veggie sub at subway on friday. I went in and had them pile it high with all sorts of veggies. Lettuce onions tomatoes peppers olives pickles, no cheese no meat, on a whole wheat small bread roll. So day one done 5/12!

Good girl! I had lettuce and tomato on my tostada for breakfast. I'm having gluten-free veggie pizza for dinner and I'll have the salad bar too.

But Tammy, aren't potatoes vegetables? And there's celery and onion in it too!

I'm having either a salad or asparagus for dinner tonight -- depends on what my husband is downstairs making.

I had lettuce leaves for bread and tomato slices on my ham & turkey sandwich today.

Good job girl! I have most days -- I didn't the day I had surgery -- I didn't eat much of anything. But all the other days I eat veggies.

What new ones have you tried?
