Default THURSDAY!!! The SUN is out today!! YIPEEEEE!!!

The sun is out and I'm goin' OUTSIDE!!! It's been about two weeks of RAIN, oh gosh, I"m so happy! I'm packin' up the kids and hittin' the trail!!! Nature Walk here we come!!!!

I'm doing great today so far.... everyday it seems that I have a *moment* ... yesterday it was lunch (I ate my simple lunch, I was still so hungry, and instead of eating something health, I grabbed two waffles with syrup) . I do good all day, then I have my moment, then I do good for the rest of the day...??? I'm not gonna stress on it, I've been eating WAY healthier than I have in forever, so it's gotta count for SOMETHING.

Does anyone else have that problem? Maybe I'm not trying hard enough. I've NEVER EVER been one for willpower. I'm not gonna quit though. I've got to keep with this.

Kids are screaming, little do they know that the SUN IS OUT and we're heading to the park!!! Whooo Hooo!

Oh, I think we all have problems like that or we wouldn't be here. 4p.m. is my danger time....I could eat anything not nailed down!! lol

Most days now I can control it much better but I will still give in on occassion. But it seems like I don't get as hungry and don't need as much to get past it. Try eating some protein when that happens, I have been eating the lite string cheese and a handfull of pretzels and that will get me thru.

Hang in there, don't give up.

I am having the worst time right now. I'm in a "feel sorry for myself" mode because it's been almost a year since being diagnosed with Celiac disease and having to change my diet completely. I've been having a pity party in my life because I can't have bread or a cookie or a pretzel or pizza. So I've been eating however much I want of the foods I can have -- like chocolate and tortilla chips. I haven't been to the gym in a week. I haven't been drinking my water. I'm in this "the heck with it -- I don't want to" mood like crazy.

I know better -- but knowing and doing are 2 different things. It needs to stop right now before I start gaining back weight.

Well Susan then I'm going to You've been doing so excellent! You know if you go to the gym you'll feel so much better and it'll bring you out of your down mood.
