Default Hey everyone!

Yeah I am back. I think I have decided to give WW another try. The 3hour timing is hard for me and with everything that is going on in my life here lately, WW is much easier and less thinking to go along with it! LOL! The JC plan works if you can work it but my life righ tnow just doesn't have time to work the plan.

How is everyone doing? I am just taking one day at a time. Looks like I made it back just in time for the April Challenge!

Hope everyone is doing well!

Hi Laurie! So glad we "chatted" yesterday! Maybe taking a few minutes to come here and focus on YOU for a few minutes a day will help to ease so of your stress. Remember, stress is a huge obstacle for weight loss - don't let this situation send you in the wrong direction! We are here to offer you encouragement, words of wisdom or just a plain old laugh! A lot of us have drifted from the JC plan, but we are all still committed to changing our lifestyles! So WW or whatever, come hang out and play with us. Join the challenge. Maybe your goal could be to get out and walk 3 times a week. That could be VERY good for stress relief. And you could do it while Stephen is in school. Just a thought. Whatever, I am just happy to see you back!

Love and prayers for you- Sharon

Sounds good to me! The 3 hour diet doesn't work for everybody! I don't see nothing wrong with changing to WW. Whatever lifestyle works best for you is fine. Looks to me like any good plan consists of healthy food choices and staying active. So stay in touch with us! We can all support each other in our journeys. In the end, we're all trying to achieve the same goal. It doesn't matter which road we take as long as we get there!

I still try to eat every 3 hours, but I count calories now and watch my carb intake. I just don't do well with guessing on a plate and 3 oz of meat is not enough for me at a meal.

No matter how you do it, it still boils down to the same thing -- you have to expend more calories than you take in to lose weight.

Laurie, glad to see you are back -- we miss you when you are gone.

Hey all,
I was just talking about this with a friend...finding the right diet..ooppss...life style change ...that works for you is the trick...My mother has been doing the zone for years now..she has it down to a science and it works great for her. I have a girlfriend who loves "Eating for Life" she looks forward to her free day and knowing she has a free day helps her to do well the other 6 days a week. I am enjoying "The 3 hour diet" so far and it fits my lifestyle at the moment.
So what ever works for you is GREAT!!!!
