Default Monday WI 3/20/06

Well, I think I STS... I weighed in at 214. I did not go and work out this weekend like I was supposed to, but tomorrow, it's back to the gym!! How was everyone's weekend???

wow Naikia, we wrote at the same time! lol...I stayed the same from friday, which is actually 2 lbs down from last Monday, Yippee!!

I am finally back on track this week. For the last few weeks, I've had much going on and trying to stay on the right path to healthy eating has been a difficult one. My wt has been up and down. Since it has, and I purchased a new scale about a month ago, I'm starting with the weight that's showing on my home scale instead of the scale at work. That puts me about 1/2 lb. less than my last recorded WI. Monday will continue to be my WI day. Glad to hear that everyone is doing good.

We had a great week-end and we certainly needed it. Had a nice eve on Sat with friends over for drinks and then off to a very (very) expensive resturant and the most wonderful meals. It was a going away dinner for some dear friends that are moving to So. Carolina and also our retirement dinner. It was a big splurge for all of us but well worth it.

Sunday we just went thru some papers we have to keep from our business, we have boxes full to go through and then just took it easy and grilled out.
Had some wine to celebrate, also the last I'm having starting today so I needed to get that all out of my system.

Today is the new day, day one again but I am motivated with our trip in late April and today is my hubby's birthday too......what a great day to start fresh!

All you ladies are doing great, Naikia STS is good and Vicki down 2 lbs. and Bren I would take 1/2 lb......keep up the good work.

Let's move those scales this week!!!
