Talking OK Ladies.....Sunday WI

Need to get back into the old routines that worked for me and that includes the dreaded weigh in.

I have been through so much personal drama in my life the last 4 wks I have really not been much on plan at all. But now that our business is sold and all the crazy meal times and eating out lunch and dinner is over I can start back fresh.

I am up 4 lbs. but am not changing my slider or mini goal right now until I see how quickly I can drop the weight. I have been going to Workout Express 3 x's/wk, except for this past week with the store sale I only made it once.

We have our first retirement vacation coming up in 5 wks. so I still have some time to lose a few lbs. and I am going to work very very hard to do the most I can.

So let's go girls.....summer is almost here!!!!

How is your brother in law?

Allie, how is your father in law and friend doing? I think of you often. Hope you find yourself "me" time.

I hope everyone else is doing well this prettty Sunday morning! Have a great day!

Hi everyone --

It is about 2pm in the afternoon here (Pacific Time) and I just now got a chance to post.

I WI at 126 (a 2 pound release)!!!! Yeah!!!! I also went to the store and tried on some jeans and I could just about almost fit into a size 4!!!!! That is coming from about a 10-12! Needless to say, I am ecstatic!! The 4 was a bit tight but I am not complaining. I am a 6 and that is great too!!!!

Phyllis - YOu can do it!!!!! I bet those 4 pounds come off fast!

Daisy -- Good job!!!

Everyone -- please check in and I hope the scales and tape measure will be good to you!

Way to go Daisy.....you and I weigh the same right now. Maybe we should challenge each other!

Anita size 6, I was never a size 6 I don't think....I remember like an 8 in high school. Hey were is the new photo of the new you???

Vicki thanks for asking, he has very very bad days and then a couple better days but never out of a level 5/6 pain. He should have a prognosis end of this month..I'll let you all know.
