Hi all! Hope you weekend was a good one. I am down 1 pound and am happy. Honestly I am surprised that my weight is still moving down especially after my 9 lb loss a few weeks ago from my illness and I hadn't excersized for the month of February! I have to get back on track with that.
Still up my three here but I am going to wait a few days and see what happens, it feels like a lot of water weight.
Started walking my dog a little again last night, we only went around the block but I realized that I have actually missed those evening walks with him, that might help my scales move.
But since I am exercising regularly now I know I am suppose to gain weight at first so maybe I should have expected this gain of 3 lbs. so I am determined to drop some of that this week.

Phillis keep up the great attitude, I tend to beat myself up when the scale goes up even though I know that it will and should sometimes..extra muscle..pms..ect..
I still haven't braved the scale. I had insomnia last night, got about 3 hours of sleep. But today I talked to my therapist, and he believes I am bipolar ll. If it means getting on some treatment that works, hey, that's fine with me. My kids are at my sister's for a few hours, so I am off to clean!
I stepped on at 152 this morning. Yeah, that's TWO POUNDS MORE THAN I WEIGHED WHEN I STARTED IN JANUARY. If it is still higher next week, I am seriously considering amputation. I better be about to have the greatest TOM ever...
ooooo everyone's doing soooo great!!!!. It's soooo hard for me to do good when i'm depressed since food is my comfort. I haven't been to the gym in like 2.5 weeks, but i've still lost 2 pounds. I'm not proud of myself though. I really need to do better.
Vickie...sorry I guess I did not take a look at the numbers properly and if I had I could have figured out that 230 was most likely not your goal weight..sorry!
But hey...You are so close to your mini goal...and that is also fabulous, congrats.
