Default Happy Saturday

Good morning all!

What does everyone have planned for this weekend??? Anything special?

This morning I am doing overtime here at home...not money they are too cheap to pay, no we get comp time...time and a half off...at least I can do this work here at home. And right now comp time is good especially with kids.

Then of course gotta get the house in some kind of order...never can get it all cleaned ever!!! and tomorrow is laundry day and visiting my father.

My problem on the weekends it stopping and eating...I tend to go for too long without eating. then get too hungry and binge...well, I am going to STOP that behavior!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Hey I agree weekends are the hardest. Either we are out running around too much like you said or I am home too much and bored so I eat!!! Going to try and find a balance this week-end.

I hate to measure tomorrow!!! My scale says I am up 4 lbs. I am hoping some of that is from salt so I will drink tons of water today.

Beautiful spring day here in Florida and I intend to get some of that sunshine.

Hi there - sorry for the breif hiatus - had a lot to get done this week and was not on the computer much...

We got our hot tub - and let me just tell ya - best sleep I have ever had after an evening soak in that thing! I am so excited! It is really great. Anyone considering getting one I DEFINITELY recommend it!

Last week I STS - but I believe I am down 2 this week- so staying steady on the 1lb per week. Have a great day Ladies!

Vicki-I hear you about the house never being completely clean. Frustrating. As a stay at home mom, weekends really aren't any different for me. Especially with the husband gone. Every day is a challenge. I'm up this week. WAY up. I don't even want to step on that scale. Soooo, do we post our measurements, or just inches lost?

Hi guys,
Life is hectic at times - and that's a good thing!
Actually the last week I have 'been good' in that I actually used the Leslie Sansone DVDs at least 5 times during the week, both the 2 miles and the 4 miles! result is that my right heal is painful when I step down on it.. hehe... and my weight has done nothing at all! I hate the scales with a vengeance
Also I had to go out and purchase new jeans - which made me unhappy because it was not a smaller size which I had hoped for when I began a long while ago..... what to do.. the old jeans 'broke down', and I had no choice.
Tonight we will have a Low glycemic meal - ready packaged... they are tasty, and small in size, but actually when I put my mind to it, I am actually feeling 'satisfied', and that is a better feeling than feeling 'stuffed'
And so life goes on. Sorry if it sounds like 'whining' hehe... I'm actually in a pretty good frame of spirits! Really! LOL
