, increase my exercise and stay out of them darn restaurants. My goal this week is to exercise more, write everytime I bite and see some weight loss before TOM comes knocking on my door.

Today is my start over day. My menu is planned, my water bottle is full and I'm ready to go!
I was really scared to get on the scale today...but i'm down to 218
I'm soooo excited!!! I just have to remind myself to stay away from the COOKIES!!!
