Bren, when I paid to be on the Jorge Cruise site, I asked the question about the snacks. Jorge himself responded and said yes, I had to eat the full 300 calories for the snacks (I was at the 300 calorie snacks at that point). He said otherwise I wouldn't get enough calories to keep my metabolism up based on my weight.

I was kind of impressed - he answered 3 of my posts and sent an e-mail once to see how I was doing. I thought that was nice.

I'm sitting here at work with a dish that is stewed lamb, zucchini, carrots, celery roasted with tomato paste, onion, and a whole bunch of Moroccan spices -- my mouth is on fire!

Laurie, if you live to be 90, you will have lived 4,680 weeks. A few days out of one week is not that bad considering and now it's time to get back on the boat. We can't Cruise without you!

Well, I'm officially now down to a size 20. I bought some new clothes at Kohl's yesterday at their end of season sale -- $10 for sweaters that were originally $60 and $70. I also got $5 sweaters at Wal-Mart. I'm happy!

Oh, no! Not a chia!

Daisy- the belts are back "in", too! And the cut up oversized t-shirts! Think early Miami Sound Machine! I draw the line at micro-minis, though!

Lafayette, I buy Wal-Mart jeans for $12 a pair -- my intention is to have them outgrow me too fast to be worth spending money on anything better.

Thanks for that information. I will increase the snacks and maybe have my 100 cal and something else on the snack list.
