I am a nototiously slow loser - I count on one pound a week - but have yet to add any exercise... so maybe if I add that I will see more. To be honest with you, one pound a week is just fine with me!

Yes I did lose that sticking with the way of eating. But I've been stalled basically since the holidays. So I'm revamping my way of eating and going to put more effort in my workouts and I should see change from that.

Hi Everyone, I am new here, and I have been doing Jorge Cruise for about 9 months now, when I first started I lost 2 pounds every week but since the summer, I loose 2 pounds every week for 4 weeks and than I have a relapse, and start binging a bit and it last for about 1 week and gain a bit of weight and then I have to start all over again, so 2 pounds a week really works if you stay ahead of yourself... So far i have lost 30 pounds...

A 2 pounds weight loss is possible and doctors recommend not losing anything over 2 pounds. Eat correctly and listen to your body! The weight will come off on its own! Sometimes, you'll lose 1 pound, sometimes 2, 3 or even 5 is possible. But listen to your body and make sure you eat enough! Follow Jorge's eating plan and the weight will come off. You'll have weeks where no pounds will come off or even gain a bit, but remember that it's not nessarily fat you have put on. It may be water retention or something else. Never give up! I like to remind myself that it's a lifestyle we are following not a diet! If it takes 1 year to lose 20 pounds, so be it! It's better then gaining weight!

I am also a slow loser! I believe I average about 1.5 pounds a week.
