I still haven't cancelled. Is there a particular place where you go to do this? I couldn't find it. How did the rest of you cancel. I want to get it done so I don't forget, and end up getting charged again
Marcie you have to call in to cancel your membership.....they will ask you why but will not pressure you and it takes effect right then. So if you want to say good bye or get any info you want to keep do it before you call.
The number is on the web site I just forget where, maybe under acct. info.
Go to the orange help center button at the top of your start page on the Jorge Cruise site. All the way to the bottom will be the phone number to call to cancel.
They will ask you why, but not make a big deal out of it. I told them I was sick and tired of all the technological issues.
