    I challenge myself to get one fruit, one salad, one cup of any other vegetable into my daily meals. I can sometimes hit or miss on this one!

    1. fruit (x) banana am
    2. salad ( x) 5 good size peices of lettuce 2 tomato slices had another serving of lettuce and a sm tomato
    3. vegetable ( x) 1cup

    Three goals
    1. I will meet your water challenge of 6- 16 oz glasses per day! (Not raising just yet)
    2. I will eat breakfast every day.
    3. I will work up to 30 minutes of cardio by the end of the challenge. Really.

  • Daisy~ It takes 21 days to form a habit. This is a personal challenge to do that. If you miss a day then you have to start the 21 days over again.

  • Well I am working on 86 oz so far today of my water. I want to hit 100 oz for the day!

    This is a great reminder Fonty (sorry I don't know your first name ) I definitely need to work on my water habits!!!

  • My personal 21 day goal-

    1 gallon of water a day.
    Some form of exercise every day.
    Fruit or veggies with EVERY meal (this is a tough one for me)

  • Tammy, I fell off the wagon on the water. You keep going and you are going to inspire me to get back to it. I went down to only 4-5 a day instead of 8-10.
