I'm just lazing around today. It's been a few days since I have been able to read all the posts. My boys are always wanting to play computer games, so I had to tie them up so I could use it.

I'm getting into my groove with the husband gone. Now I am ready to really put the effort into losing the weight. My biggest obstacle is emotional eating. But I am working on that. And not buying foods that I binge on. (Chips

My body feels good after the exercise. I look forward to going again tomorrow.
I have also been doing strength training at home.
