Good Morning everyone, how did everyone sleep? I can't believe its already Wednesday. Where has the week gone??? I am planning on going to the gym for the 3rd straight day today around 10. What my plans are is to go M-T-W- then walk on Thurs and Friday cause I typically work on Thurs and Friday, I would prefer to go every other day but it doesn't always work out that I can.
Did anyone do any midweek WI's??? I had a rib last night and those are not exactly something good to eat while dieting, but I did only have 1 ! And if I am going to eat something bad like that I try to do it at the beginning of the week so I have the rest of the week to get it off.

I am going to do nothing!!! I will definitely be able to participate in the chat, but I am not sure what to do. I will start exercising today. I have a couple of kick boxing DVDs and they are great cardio. It will take me a while to build myself back up to the workouts, but they are great. I have 30 more minutes until my 1st snack and I am hungry.
