Did you ladies take a before picture of yourself???? If you did feel free to post them here in the gallery OR post them some place in your house so you can look at yourself, take a new uptodate picture with your progress you make!! It really helps motivate and keep you going!

I plan to tak a picture every ten pounds. There is no way I will post my before picture until it is past tense.

Daisy, I'm with you. A picture of me landed on the front page of a newsletter and forced me to face my weight gain. I have no intention of making that even more public!

You gals need to see the beauty in yourselves. I never used to let anyone take a picture of me - I hated seeing how fat I was. Donald taught me to see the happiness & love in my pictures and stop looking for some kind of model-like idea of beauty.

We don't need to weigh 100 lbs to be beautiful.

This I know Lynn - but a lot of what makes me beautiful is not transmitted well by photo. So if you don't know me - and most people traipsing around this site do not - you won't see that.
