Keeping on the every 3 hr schedule
While at work , I use my microsoft outlook calender and set my times for snacks and lunch on my calendar each morning as I'm eating breakfast --since I actually eat that first meal at slightly different times each morning.....the calendar gives me a reminder with a little bell and a pop up about 15 minutes prior to eating time and I hit the snooze button 5 minutes at a time till it's time.......(yes i eat at my desk...i eat most meals during the day while i'm working because my work schedule is pretty hectic.) I also use a notebook and plan my food for the day at that time...
now...weekends i haven't mastered as well since i'm not glued to a computer , but I do write my food in a notebook and set the times each day as i'm eating and plan what i'm going to eat as wel..
