Question Eating out... need help...

I am going to PF Chang's China Bistro on Sunday (post weigh in of course!)

Please help me pick something to eat from the menu to do the minimum damage... I do not eat beef or pork - would be happiest to aqvoid meat altogether but will consider chicken.

Thanks!

TY - I did link the menu there as well -

This place is brutal. I think my best bet is to plan to eat only half of whatever it is I order...

I would eat way smaller portions (like you said) and get a veggie dish. Also, don't eat much rice. Maybe a couple of bites. Don't order anything with too much sauce.

Aw Daisy...it all looks sooo good...I say skip eating all together the rest of the day so you can enjoy yourself!! Just kidding!!

I think the budah's feast sounds delish...actually I would probably skip a snack and get the one stirfried just cause that sounds more oriental...that way I could have a bite of something else...cant I come with???

Also if you go to Dietfacts.com you can find nutritional information on pretty much all the major resturants, and food brands.
