
Hi Laurie... I saw your post on flax... well, the benefits of flax are many...I take a combination capsule of flax, borage and fish oil.. To get the benefits of the flax seeds you have to grind them... I use them in yogurt, muffins ect.. they provide lots of fiber, the omegas (if very fresh) never grind more than you can use in a day.. The recommended amt of seeds is about 1-2 Tablespoons, until more studies on the value of flax in the diet.....I use an inexpensive coffee grinder to grind mine....
