I'm new to this website and was wondering if I could get some help....after reading through alot of your posts I decided to do the 3-Hour Diet....I went out and bought the book a few days ago but haven't read through the whole thing yet. I cheated a little and went right to Chapter 12, I wanted to start right away

Now, I know I didn't have my fruit this morning, as I was running out to catch my train and forgot to grab it, but I did have 3 slices of Turkey bacon on a slice of whole grain toast....I'm not sure how to count this....would 3 slices of Turkey bacon be enough protein? I know I can have 3 1oz proteins or 3oz of one protein, but in this case I'm not sure if Turkey bacon is counted the same way. I believe each slice had 15g of protein but I'm not sure if
1 slice equaled 1oz...maybe I should have weighed it? And would I also it as my fat? Each slice had 3 grams of fat. I know once I read through the whole book that things will become more clear, but right now I'm still a little confused about some things. Another confusion is, is 1 whole egg counted as 1 protein?
