Default Hi!

Hi. I am new and have just bought the 3-hour diet book. I am hoping this is not just another "crazy diet." I was recently layed off and feel that I now have the time to really work on myself! Any tips for a beginner?

Default Hi

hi may 2006 bride
I am on the 3 hour diet and have done well with it. If you follow it every 3 hours you will definately lose the weight plus if you walk or do some other form of exercise that will also help. I started my 3 hour diet on 10/5 and weighed in at 199.5 and now i am at 191.0 so you see it does work if you follow what Jorge says.
Let us know how you like the plan and how well you are doing

Welcome and the girls are all correct...it does work, not a fast losing diet but an excellent eating plan and no food is excluded. I have lost 10 lbs.

Work real hard on the eating every 3 hrs. and drink water and more water, some type of exercise each day, the 8mm are good, walking, etc. The timing was my biggest problem in the beginning, now I know when it is 3hrs and time to eat.

The 100 Calorie Snack packs sold in grocery stores are great and easy to grab and take along, look for them they are good and will help if you need something quick for your snack.

Ask us any questions you have, we will be happy to try to answer them.

Hi Everyone

I also like the 100 calorie pkgs. They are very convenient to take along. I love the oreo and graham crackers the best, Have you tried the fruit snack? Also 100 calories and they are a nice sweet snack when you have the sweet tooth.

Welcome, Bride! It is indeed a great eating plan! I've lost 14lbs on it myself.

Best of luck!
