I am new to this board, but I am here, too. Do you ladies have a running chat thread like some of the other groups? I couldn't find one in the JC section.

Also, I have a question. This afternoon at work, we are having a quarterly meeting and then afterwords we are having grilled steak, baked potato and salad. Since I usually have my snack at 3pm, I thought I'd skip the snack, eat the steak, and then have a snack at 7pm....is this allowed/workable? I really don't have much alternative, since I signed the sheet to eat (before I started JC). I will still be eating every three hours...the only thing that changes will be the "type" of what I am eating.

Thanks.

I am glad you guys are all still here!!!!! Keep posting to keep the site alive!!!

Shannon -- we usually do a daily chat thread but it has slacked off because not as many people have been posting. I will start one for today and maybe we can all keep it going.

I think switching your snack and lunch is totally allowed on this program. It is all about flexibility so go for it!
