I am still in the challenge but this week isn't going to be very good! I always only drink water all day so that part is easy....so I will set my microwave timer to go off every 3 hours and eat what I have!

I am down a pound so I am at 156 for this challenge. I am hoping to be at 154 by end of this week. Keeping up my cardio and everything I really hope I hit that!
Well, I am already down 1.5 pounds!!! YEAH!! I WI this morning at 143.4. I hope it doesn't go back up! OK, I will not report any more WI until Sunday!!
Hi- ok my starting weight for the challenge is 158. I am not sure how it will got from here because.......I am pregnant. :0) Wow, I cannot even believe I am typing that for the 5th time.
I am still going to stick to the plan though because I think it is healthy for "both" of us. I will just snack a little extra if needed and choose smart things to munch on.
What do you guys do for cardio? We are thinking about getting an eliptical bike this weekend. Do you have any of you guys go out and walk? if so, have you had any luck with that. I just want to find something that works. I dropped 10lbs so quick right before we got married by going to the gym. We tried a gym recently and it is just really tough with the kids. Seems like someone is always getting sick.
Congrats Heidi! I have 6 and love it! Usually! I have an elliptical trainer at home I use for cardio. I tried the gym thing too but after I had twins and went from 3 to 5 kids it got a lot tough trying to get day care at the gym because the one we went to was small and I had to reserve spots no more than 24 hrs in advance. Maybe someday I can join again
