Default Smile! It's Monday!!

Good morning Sister Cruisers!!

I was able to stay OP the WHOLE weekend! I am shocked, but very happy!

I think it is starting to click now--this is a plan that must be done EVERY DAY, not just through the week.

I've decided to keep my food journal in writing, so I bought a very pretty bound book from Barnes & Noble. It has lots of colorful stripes and a magnetic closure. Not only will I track food, but also exercise, to do lists, finances, thoughts and feelings, etc. It's amazing how powerful the written word is!

Have a grea OP day!

Jen I used to do that on Atkins Diet and I lost wonderfully on it. As soon as I stopped I gained ALL the weight back and then some. At the begining on the JC Diet didnt journal. AndI couldnt figure out why I wasn't losing. Then I started journaling and logging everything and anything I ate. I steadily started to lose. I have now stopped journaling but am thinking of starting back up. I want something small that fits into my purse. But without journaling anymore I have "got" the concept of my portions and things much better!

If anyone is starting out, or not losing, or wants to change things up, I highly recommend journaling. It really helps and holds you accountable.

Great job Jen!

Told ya journaling was good Dani!

As for me, well I am down with yet another bad headache. I am due to go for my annual check up next week and this will definately be discussed! Yes, I have to agree with Karen, I do believe its all hormonal because it always hits me a week prior to TOM coming! I haven't had one this bad ever!

Off to lay back down.

have a good day

Laurie I hope you feel better soon. Headaches can really be aweful. Tom just left here so he is lurking around the corner looking for his next victim. Hopefully the doc can figure out whats going on.
