Have you noticed.....?
The more I have dieted the more and more I start to like new veggies. For example I used to HATE cauliflower, broccoli, squash, zuchini, mushrooms, PEPPERS! and more. Even though I have always like tomatoes and potatoes, corn, peas, and grean beans.
Now I can eat anything. In fact I crave those things now. Yes, I know everyone getter older and thier taste buds change and veggie will be something people like as they get older. But if it wasnt for this diet I would've neer tried them.
So What I'm saying is to try a new veggie - make sure you chane up your seasonings so you dont get bored. This is a perfect way to add to any chicken and roll and make different meals every time.
