Default Tuesday...Sept. 20

Hi Losers I'm Home!!!!

Had a wonderfull visit with my sister from Seattle and got out of the town before the new hurricane hits. We are safe from it, my sister is also as Ft. Lauderdale is pretty much out of range for it too.

We did so much in 4 days......I am totally exhausted today!!! I got on the scales this a.m. and I'm not telling!!! All we did was eat and lots of drinks.

There was no way I could even come close to the 3hr. schedule and I did try at first then just gave up. Tried to pick healthy foods but ended up having some mashed potatoes one day, wine all 4 days....you know the rest of the story....downhill from there. It will take me several days to undo the damage.

But the good news is I will get OP today, start again with the water and I did get in quite a bit of exercise (walking/swiming) so all is not lost. JC would not agree with this but I had a wonderful time, everything tasted SOOOOOO good, it was like a reward for me, a treat and right now I desire none of that type of food and ready to get back OP.

So I still could reach my 20 lb. goal by Nov. 3 if I am very very good.

Have a great week, Phyllis

Phyllis glad you are home. I was thinking about you and wondering when we'd see you back. Glad you had fun, sometimes indulging is needed. I did that last weekend with my sister. Well OP we must be! Cause I have to hit a goal and that means I have to lose 6 pounds in the next 2 weeks. hmmm.... I dunno about that. Well we will have to get in lots of cardio these weeks to come and melt away that fat! (pounds)

Phyllis: I am so glad you had a good time with your sister. You really have a great lifestyle attitude about this plan. You say you will just get back OP. Good for you that you enjoyed your splurges for 4 days and now that it's over, it's right back on track for you. That sure is a great way to approach a lifetime of eating.
