Default HUMP Day Wenesday!!

Good Morning Losers!!!!!!!!!!


Well today is the middle of the week and I don't know about the rest of you but this week sure has seemed like a very long week!! I got Keilyn signed up for preschool and she will go on Tuesdays and Thursdays, she will begin tomorrow. It was so cute, she was so excited yesterday when I told her we were going to see her new school so she grabs her backpack that she has and says "Ok I am ready to go get on the bus!!" She can't seem to understand why Steven can get on the bus and she can't! LOL!

I have done decently well, the scale still isn't reflecting a loss for me yet, but that isn't uncommon, it seems I never show a loss until Sunday for what ever reason!

Can you feel the crisp cool ness in the air yet? Can you tell Autuman/Fall is on its way?!?!? I am sooooooo in the mood for it! Ready for these 90 degree temps to go away!

Ok off to eat some breakfast!

hey i'm having a great day, i'm going to be somewhat busy cleaning up the house (we are getting ready to sell our 4 family)

i don't usually show a weight loss till sunday but i don't let that get me down i know i'm doing great and it's a long process to get this weight off. i'm staying OP, i hope all of you are as well............

and i can't wait for fall and winter to come i'm so sick and tired of summer i hate summer, give me fall and winter and spring is ok.

Don't sweat it Laurie--most people can't function properly until they have their caffeine!

I was OP until dinner last night. I had such a crappy day at work that I didn't care what I ate at dinner. I definitely need to work on the "eat nutritionally, not emotionally" part of this plan!

Today will be a better OP day!

TOO funny Laurie. I have a LONG day of working at home - NOT looking forward to it. It can be boring working from home. But its a good job and I need no gas so I shouldn't complain. I just wish I could hand pick my hours.

I also work at the gym today, I will work out after my shift again.

Well I was 156.8 yesterday morning and today I weighed in to see if it was "real" or just a fluke and I was at 157.0, so that would tell me that I am pretty much right there! Yeah - no I just need to keep it off, especially for next week - I should start retaining water and craving chocolates! OH NO! So I will hae to be especially good this next few weeks to ward off evil TOM's bloated - ness ! he he! So anyways I am pretty excited about that fact that my weight lose - so far - is real. I have been stuck on a darn plateu it's about time.

Hello - I'm hanging in there. Had my second chemo yesterday and got a great new drug for nausea from the doc - he gave me one sample pill. When I tried to get the refill no one has it in stock. They are calling around for me now. Am starting to feel crappy on the old meds. I am drinking tons of water - the bathroom has become my new office. I am eating on plan, as well. So I feel pretty good about that.

OMG!! I had THE worst OFF plan day yesterday! I had that Luna for breakfast - never got around to the yogurt and then I was down at the barn helping DH and realized I was STARVING! IT was 2 pm and I hadn't eaten for 5 hours! I was so hungry I grabbed a pbj sandwich. THEN I had pizza and birthday cake for my niece for dinner! I drank lots of water tho I felt so crappy and sick and bloated, it may have been a good thing because I don't think I will have a problem staying OP today. Off to a good start anyway. Oh yeah, then I didn't get home until almost 1 am because we were up helping my bro get his new house ready for sheetrock and didn't get my cardio in - I will get it in on Saturday instead. At least it wasn't a strength training day!
I feel hung over hopefully I can get in a nap when the twins lay down for one. It is another beautiful fall day here Laurie, it's been mid 70's so far this week. I LOVE fall! Everything is crisp. I WILL STAY OP PLAN!!!!!

Teri, I am so glad you are still posting. I give you a lot of credit after what you are going through. You are such an inspiration!!!

Donna - don't worry -- just hop back on! Right?!

I ended up eating my breakfast before I could weigh myself so I will do it tomorrow.....???? Anyway, we have till Sunday!

I ended up doing my weights at 9:30pm last night! I was so tempted not to but I forced myself and now I am glad I did. So, today is cardio....

i've started the 8mm program and i have to say i love it and gives me energy, i'm going to go out and buy some cardio video tapes and i'm still doing my walking. and i've taking sunday off or just going out and walking once.
