OK - here is the challenge.
Post your daily food intake, water intake, and exercise time & type on the JC board of 3 Fat Chicks website for one week. Regardless of what/how much you eat/drink/exercise, you get points for just posting. If you eat/drink/exercise according to JC, you get additional points.
Here is the prize - something REALLY good - I haven't figured it out yet, but I promise it will be good.
