Default My first day thoughts...

Some things have really stuck out to me so far:

1. This plan has SO MUCH FOOD!!!! Because I have alot to lose, I can have 400 calorie snacks! Once I get below 300, I will be cutting it down to 300 cal snacks. And what other plan gives you permission to have an OREO if you want it!!

2. On the 3-Hour website, I really don't care for the way you can track your food. It takes too long, plus it is not very flexible. So I guess I'll go back to either using Fit Day or writing it all down. I do think it is important to track it.

3. This plan does not encourage you to become a bean pole--just a healthier version of yourself. Many of the people featured in the book still have realistic figures! My goal is not to be thin, but to be healthy....if a slimmer, curvier body comes as a by-product, then all the better!!

I am also glad you like the plan....I am still at the JC site. I like to browse the formed cruise groups and the question area...you can get a lot of info there. And the meal planner is slow but it really helped me at first to figure out the correct portions, I rarely use it now but it was a great help in the beginning.

Best of luck and glad you found us here. Phyllis
