I was talking to and reading a lot about diets, any diet, this week-end and I think the key is to KEEP IT SIMPLE!!
JC is really a simple program....I think it does take some time to get into the every 3 hrs. eating habit but other than that doing a Cruise plate is simple, you don't have to even count calories, just eat every 3 hrs, drink the water, try to exercise and add some flax and maybe green tea.
We try to make things complicated a lot of times and that causes failure. I have been there and done that many times

We need to get back to the basics of the program, maybe skim over the book again....see if we are forgetting parts of the program....I am going to do that today as I am off work, I almost always find something in JC book that I missed.
I am also trying some new recipes (simple ones) to try and spruce up the dinners a bit....I'll share any good ones.
