Good Morning everyone! How was your weekend? I am glad to say we are all feeling better and still alive! I woke with a new rejuvenated attitude about staying OP. I think my mood lately is due to the cold I had and TOM is just around the corner so thats 2 strikes against me!

Has anyone tried any of the crockpot recipes? I haven't had time to sit down and really flip through them. There are so many and such a variety too!

When do the kids go back to school where you live? We start back on the 25th. I can't believe summer vacation is almost over! Where has time gone?

Well my coffee is calling my name! Hope everyone has an awsome day!

Good morning everyone!

I'm still alive!

I got some a suprise vacation, and i was gone for a week. I was just visiting my mom. I do not havto say, that i gained so much, well
I was not eating with moderation.

So here i'm with 5lb gain, and desperate.

will i able to start again? I'm worried, that right now i do not have strenght.
Help, i got no motivation.

Glad to see you back Laurie with new determination

Julianna, you need to keep posting here everyday to keep connected with all of us...the group support is very important especially if you are having a hard time, that is when you NEED to be here.

Why don't you join Lynn's challenge....it's to get us slackers motivated again. Everyone gets down after eating too much just start new today and start drinking that water, a new week.

I did my shopping and food planning yesterday as suggested so I am ready for the week and hey my dh is home to carry them in for me We are eating out 3 times this week so timing is going to be hard for me, I will do the best I can.

Julianna hang in there. We are here for you, just look at the bright side there's always a start fresh point. start over, wright down your goals, and write down steps that will get you there and check them off daily - you'll feel so good every time you get that check mark. Jump onto Lynn's challenge this will help!

mine go back on the 6th of sept.

laurie...i noticed where you are from, it's so pretty there.

did everyone hear about the new energy bill. it will extend daylight savings time by 30 days, how cool is that!

Hi Everyone,

I'm on my way to my SIL's for a cook-out. Let's see how many NSV's I can accumulate. So far today - no cookies or ice cream - almost up to 1 point for the challenge!

VERY rainy here, but at least a little cooler.

Hey everyone..well here goes another week. It will be 3 weeks that I began working out with my trainer...lets hope to see some kind of loss this week. If I gain another 4 lbs I will be at an all time high. I am kinda down about it, but am trying so hard to be positive and believe that everything will kick in for me. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Laurie-Glad everyone is feeling better in your house!!
Julieanna-Try not to get down...we are all here for you...I know how you feel right now...keep coming back here for support...you can do it...we all can!!
Phyllis-Great job on doing your planning...that is something I need to do more of! Good luck on eating out this week. Lot's of water!!

Well, here it is afternoon and I am just now getting online. Work has been unreal (too long of a story to go into right now).

Laurie - I really like your new picture. Check your email because I am sending you my pictures today - Finally (phew)!! My kids start school August 24th.

Julianna - hang in there. You have been with us and know we love and care for you. Don't give up on yourself because you had a little set back. I am in the same boat - but I am going to keep on keepin on. I know you don't want to keep gaining - so I am sending some goodvibes your way :!!!

Laurie - your pic does really show the weight loss!!!

Everyone else - I hope you are doing well.

Today I plan on incorporating strength training in addition to cardio. I will do the 8mm & at least 30 min of cardio per day. I hope I can do it!

Hi LLRS

Just checking in with at quick "hi". Tomorrow night I leave for a week vacation, I am a bit worried but I selected for my challenge to add in fruits/veggies since I practically don't eat them now. So, I am thinking that if I at least start my meals off with a salad, I should do OK. I will be getting a lot of walking in too. AND my "next size down" shorts from last summer fit!!!!! YIPPEE, so that is cool. Now, the challege is to make sure they still fit by the end of vacation
