Well, I have stayed on track every day so far so 6 pts. I assume since we started on Mon 8/1 and we don't count today yet right? Down 1 lb (and flirting with another 1/2 says my scale, but it would not "stick")

So next week I am on vacation all week! This will be challenging. I am adding: Increse my fruits & veggies. I am awful at this, and it seems like something that I can do while on vacation. So, I will continue to eat every 3 hours and increase my veggies/fruit.

If you want, we can add 1 point for every pound lost. Let's see how others feel -

If you are in this challenge, do you want to earn points for lbs lost or not?

I think the pounds lost should be our PRIZE

Actually, it does not matter to me, whatever everyone else wants is good.

OK, I have info for Dani, Dory, Jennifer, Phyllis, and me. I am guessing we are the group on this challenge. If anyone else is playing, please let me know.
