Default Saturday Morning

Just walked outside to water my plants - slightly cooler, but not much. Today I'm going to focus on improving my meal choices. Yesterday had 2 pizza meals w 2 slices at each meal.

I'm planning for a day filled with fruit and veggies today.

Hope everyone is doing well,

Lynn

Well now that I have the cold Keilyn has been sick with for the last 2 weeks, I want to do nothing but go climb right back in bed! *sigh* Steven as football practice this morning FUN FUN! Looks like I am down 1 lb, once again I am planning with the same 2lbs but I guess we will see for sure tomorrow. I haven't been making the greatest choices so its my own fault!

Hope everyone has a great day, gotta go get my coffee!

Hi Laurie,

Feel better. Just remember - we're not gaining. You have lost 22 lbs! AND you have kept it off!

Hope you have a quiet and peaceful day,

Lynn

Unhappy

Yes, Laurie try to get some rest in today and take care of your self but glad your daughter is better.

I have been sooooo good all week and blew it last night,I am up 2 lbs today. Now I didn't eat that much so I am hoping a totally OP day with extra water will flush the water weight part out.

We went to a bbq place and I had ribs, part of a baked potatoe and a roll, yes with butteer

I can't eat salad, the lettuce kills my stomach so that is always a prob eating out. So I really didn't eat a lot not 2 lbs. worth for sure...but there is my confession ....why did I blow it right before WI?

Oh well, on to a new day....going to stay OP and do the water and get on my treadmill for a bit.....we'll see tomorrow.

Have a good one everybody...Phyllis

He said he never seen that before. Well Im down. I had to sneak on the scale. Dont know if its because Tom is gone or I just sweated it all away! LOL!

Just a lazy day and some cleaning.

Laurie, hope you feel better quickly!
Dani, glad that you're better.

I am having a lonely little weekend with my dh gone to Chicago, but I'm kind of liking it. (except at night--my house makes weird noises.:-)

I have had a great day so far! My ladies just left from my stamp camp that I held this morning. Every month I do a class at my house on a Sat. morning, and ladies come and stamp 4 or 5 projects. Today I had a lovely group of ladies here, including four of my regulars, and one new one who is just delightful, and I will really enjoy getting to know her. She said she already has all of my stamp camps on her calendar for the rest of the year, so she can get some time away from her kids and her studies (nursing classes.) She also is having a workshop at the end of the month, and it should be all new people. I'm excited, as my customer base has stayed pretty stagnant over the last year or so. After convention, and this stamp camp, I'm so darn excited about this stuff, I think I really have to make a go at it this year of making this business take off, so I can quit my day job and do this for my job! I would love to just "play" for my work! That's what it feels like I'm doing with my stamping.

Okay, sorry to drone on about that, but I'm on such a high! I also sold about $200 worth of my retired stamp sets to a couple of my stampers this morning, so I'm feeling RICH!!! Yeah! What to do... :-)

Well, I hope you all have a great rest of the weekend! Weigh-in tomorrow, and then a new week! I'm going to be out of town again from Monday through the following Wednesday, but I will have internet access for most of that, so I will still try to post and check in...

Take care,

Thats awesome Jessica! I think doing what you love for a living would be the best job ever! I hear back on tues from the fitness club when I start training. I hope soon. I was ready last week. Oh well. I also found out that I am in the position and the main canadate for taking over a managment position. The lady who interviewed me wants me to take over for her when she leaves in a couple of months. Now that would be cool! Id really get into the fitness gig then. Hopefully I will just being around it every day. I wont have any excuses for not exercising now.

Hey all! Beautiful day here on the west coast. Everybody is feeling much better! YAY! I was thinking it was Sunday so I got on the scale this morning . . . . . . . down 3 lbs AAAAAAAAAGH!!!!! I am so excited! I having a really tough time being up 2 lbs last week-musta been TOM. I have been drinking SUPERGREENS this week. I have noticed a big difference in my energy level and since I have a hard time getting in my veggies this is a good thing! Has anybody else tried them? I also got some green tea capsules (I have a cup of green tea in the mornings instead of coffee for my caffeine). HEY!! I'm willing to try anything! But I did notice last time I had taken green tea capsules I didn't feel as bloated-maybe helps with water retention? I did make it out last night for a 1/2 mile walk to get the mail, and my goal this next week is to get in more cardio. It's tough when its so HOT!!! I just might make my Sept. 11 goal to get to 199 lbs. For the first time in 8 yrs. Last night I was reading thu some post here and on JC and got really disgusted with myself. What had happened to my enthusiasm? I was sooo excited when I found this plan! And like every other time I got stuck about a month into it, WELL ladies I woke up this morning with a new determination! Anybody want to have a cash/reward challenge with me? Not to who loses the most weight in a specified time but I owe you if I don't hit my preset goal for a month- lbs. lost and exercise. And vise versa. I need to keep this new found motivation!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!!! I hope its beautiful!

And I just got excited because for the first time since I started the Jc plan I have finally hit the 10 lb mark! I just hope tomorrow wont be a dissapointment. I have not much to do so Im mad that DH left and Im here with absolutly nothing to do. Oh well.

I was up my 2lbs last week that put me at 20lbs, and I was so upset I didnt' even change my tracker but I think I will be down atleast 1lb this week but we will see. Its not been the best week and now that I am sick, I dont' feel like doing much of anything but being couch tater!

I think because I was sick I had no cravings for anything bad at all!! I could hardly eat as it was and I forced myself to eat every 3 hours even when I wasnt hungry at all. And when I was feeling better and my tummy would growl I reached for the water first then when the timer went off thats when Id eat next no matter how hungry I was. Plus Tom is gone which accounts for 2 of those #'s. The other 2 I blame on the 3 hr diet. and being so sick
