I have just recently heard about this plan and I must confess, I don't have the book...yet. Would you mind sharing a typcial day's menu? Also what kind of progress have you had.
Hi Nancy, go to page 2 and check out the Food and exercise journals....will give you some idea. Also on this page 1 is a post about 3-hr eating schedule and all the foods are listed in the top portion of page 1. You can eat anything, just not huge amounts and every 3 hrs. is the key.
