Default Happy Saturday

Good Morning, Everyone,

Donald, Selekie, and I went to a nearby state park yesterday (one Donald and I used to go to all the time before the stroke) then to a luncheonette.

Today my bf and I are supposed to go walking -looks rainy again - and then to lunch.

I'm doing great with eating - not really on the plan, but just making good choices.

Hope everyone has a good day - I'll check back later,

Lynn

Good Morning Lynn and the rest of you cruisers!

Well today I have lots of house cleaning to do so that should keep me busy. The scales are showing atleast a 2lb loss to that means I will have my vacation weight off if that is what the scale shows tomorrow for weigh in.

Lynn that is great that you are making better choices. Keep up the great job!

I bet you guys had a ball at the state park. I am thinking about taking the kids to one nxt week. Depending on the weather.

Where are you guys going to lunch today? You never did tell us how it went at Applebee's the other day. Did you choose off the WW menu?

OK, gotta get some coffee and breakfast in me so see everyone later!

Happy Losing!

Applebees was fine - not my favorite. I had one of those bowls - orange chicken. NOT ww. But, I ate only 1/2 and had the other 1/2 next day. Not sure where my df and I will end up today. Promised to bring Donald home a WaWa sub. You probably don't have WaWa's by you. They are a PA thing. Like a 7-11.

Good Morning,

It's nice to see other people rise early too!

Live life the fullest Lynn darling and enjoy the outhing, winter is going to be here soon, and then you wont be able to go out as much as you want with Donald.

Laurie steetie i'm sure your scale loves you and the 2lb lose will stay. I too have a lots of house work, which i'm not happy about it, i wish I can join Lynn and Donald instead.

Well I checked my scale today, and it shows 2lb weight gain I dont really understand, I didn't over eat that much, and even you where teling me to eat more vegies because i'm not eating enough. (which is true.) The only difference that every day I had my treat, chocholat, and instead 2 pice, I had 4, but yesterday I was STN, today I was up 2lb.

will see the scale tomorrow, I might have to say good bye to the chocholat for awhile.

I wish all of you a great Saturday, and I'll check back later.

Julianna

Julianna, I know you are allowed the treat and alot of us use it for a piece of chocolate but I have not evnough wheel power so I do even have the *treat* because I can't stopped at just 1. So maybe you need to consider leaving off the treat for awhile. Just a suggestion

Anyway, Let's hope that next week will be better.
I just have to remind myself, that this is a long run, and there will be stop signs on the way, but its so hard

The parade wasn't so bad. The girls had fun. We were running late so we ended up sitting at the very end of the route and they got SOOOOO much candy because everyone gave them the leftovers! There is a new theater in town and they were handing out packs of bubble gum (10 pc) and gave each of them 2 packs! Gum is banned in my house!!!!! Let ya know if I have to shave the twins heads tomorrow! I drank 32 oz of water during and had to pee so bad by the time we walked back to the truck my eyeballs were probably yellow! . . . . . . and I've only had 1 piece of candy and it was sugar free!
We got the girls pool set up last nite, so today they were buggin so much to go swimming - its 65* and windy and the water if FREEZING!- Dan told them to jump in! Now I have 3 soaking wet, freezing cold kids begging for towels! They lasted 2 minutes. Am I to old to say I told you so?! LOL
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

The rains finally came. After threatening all week, it's pouring right now. My df and I had a lovely day. Drove up the Delaware to a cute little gift shop. Roamed around in New Hope for a while. Ate at a brick oven pizza place - we shared a salad and a small pie. Brought Donald and Selekie their tuna subs - they loved them. Now Donald is napping & I'm making meat loaf and green beans for dinner.
