running - only if someone chasing me

I used to do them everyday when I first started. Now I haven't been doing them because of surgery.

The wall sits - for thighs

The dog - balancing is hard to do on that one - get better with time.

Anywhere from 1/2 hour to hour

2 to 3 miles

I try to walk every day unless it is pouring down rain
How long does it take you?
1 mile = 15 minutes
What muscle groups do you think you REALLY need to work on?
All of them - mostly abs and thighs
What exercises do you think you can work on to work those body parts?
Balance ball for sit-ups (works great) and wall sit for thighs

Get up early in the morning and "Git er done". If you wait until another time - it doesn't happen!!
