How many of you get ATLEAST 30 mins of exercise in a day?

What type of exercise do you do? How does it make you feel after wards?

Do any of you have a membership to a gym? Do you go? If not, why not?

-NOT ME

What type of exercise do you do? How does it make you feel after wards?

-VIDEO TAPES, MAKES ME FEEL GOOD

Do any of you have a membership to a gym? Do you go? If not, why not?

-yES 24 HOUR FITNESS. i COULD GO AT 2 AM IFI WANTED. BUT I MOVED AWAY NOW ITS A 30 MIN DRIVE ONE WAY!

-ABS

- I HAVE DONE THEM 3X SINCE I STARTED. THATS ALL

What is your favorite 8mm?

- NONE OF THEM

What is the one 8mm you HATE to do?

- NO OPIONION

-IF I WALK, ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR SO

How fat do you go?

-AROUND A LAKE OR JUST AROUND THE NEIBORHOOD

- THIS MONTH = 0

-N/A

What muscle groups do you think you REALLY need to work on?

-ABS AND HIPS!!!

What exercises do you think you can work on to work those body parts?

- AB VIDEO AND THIGH VIDEO

-WELL THIS IS WHAT I'D SAY TO ME. START!!!! JUST START!!! GO AND DO IT!!!!!!
ALTHOUGHT I'M WAITING FOR OUR SECRET CHALLENGE - THERES A SECTION IN THERE TTHAT WILL COME INTO IT.

If you exercise EVERY day! It becomes HABIT!! So do it EVERYDAY!

About an hour.

It is a 3 mile loop that I walk in just about an hour. Love it!

How many days a week do you walk?

The plan is 6 days a week, but for the last 2 weeks I have only gone 2 -3 times

Abs & bottom

What exercises do you think you can work on to work those body parts?

Well, if I did the ones that I am supposed to do, I would be doing great!

I agree with Dani - JUST DO IT. I actually love my excercise plan, I just need to get off of my duff and do it! It seems like other priorities get in the way. Bad Me!

Mostly walking - but I love weightlifting!!

I used to belong to a gym but didn't go enough to justify the expense. I would love to have a bowflex!!

running - only if someone chasing me

I used to do them everyday when I first started. Now I haven't been doing them because of surgery.

What is your favorite 8mm?

The wall sits - for thighs

What is the one 8mm you HATE to do?

The dog - balancing is hard to do on that one - get better with time.

For all you walkers, how far do you normally walk?

Anywhere from 1/2 hour to hour

How fat do you go?

2 to 3 miles

How many days a week do you walk?

I try to walk every day unless it is pouring down rain

How long does it take you?

1 mile = 15 minutes

What muscle groups do you think you REALLY need to work on?

All of them - mostly abs and thighs

What exercises do you think you can work on to work those body parts?

Balance ball for sit-ups (works great) and wall sit for thighs

Get up early in the morning and "Git er done". If you wait until another time - it doesn't happen!!

Not everyday but this week I have started again!

What type of exercise do you do? How does it make you feel after wards?
I have been walking for 30 min everyday and it makes me feel GREAT afterwards! I was doing the 8mm but felt I needed to focus more on the cardio. It seems I only have the time to do one or the other.

I used to have a membership to a gym and would only sometimes use it. I would use the drive as an excuse not to go. It is much easier for me to justify excercise when I can do it in my own home or just outside my house. The drive time to the gym is just not worth it to me.

Any type of AB excercise

I used to do the 8mm 5X a week but stopped. I am now walking 1/2 hour a day.

Squats & biceps

What is the one 8mm you HATE to do?
Anything with ABS!!!!

I think approx 2 miles

How fat do you go?
I think I walk between 3.5-4 MPH

How many days a week do you walk?
I am shooting for 3-6 X a week

How long does it take you?
30 minutes

What muscle groups do you think you REALLY need to work on?
ABS!!!! Triceps

What exercises do you think you can work on to work those body parts?
Crunches and Kick-backs.
