Default LLers: The 3 Hour Diet

Good Morning Ladies!

I wanted to ask some of you if there is any certain time of day that you feel that you have the most trouble with either the timing or the eating?

What do you do to keep your self eating correctly and to keep you busy through your 3 hours so you dont' mess up?

Are you finding it easier and is it becoming natural to you since we have all roughly been on the plan for several months? What do you think has contributed to your success? What are some things that have hindered you success?

What do you find is the easier part of The 3 Hour Diet? What is the hardest?

Do you have any words of encouragement to those who are having difficutly or who may just be beginning?

Well, for me, I start out my day almost always really well..I do my 8MM for the most part and I eat a JC OP bFast..after that..I get busy and when I screw up, its from then on.usually in my timing.or I'll eat somewhere out and in the car..Im always in the car cause we live so far away from everything...and I will eat a plain burger and not get the veggies/salad cause its hard to eat that in car..so thats my biggest downfall..is not getting my veggies in and at the right time!! I do good on the exercising part.

LOL TOO funny ladies.

My biggest time of the day is waiting for my dinner time. I try to fill the "void" with water but my tummy growls. Which makes for a hard OP Dinner - but for the most part I weigh all my food and count the cals in it.

By the way I'm down 1 pound!!!!! Won't change the tracker till Sunday weigh in though!

Thank you Karen,
I really needed to hear that this am! I am working so hard for the past couple weeks. I have lost 1 # already this week. But I know exercise would really melt away this fat!

Hi LLers!

Big surprise here - but for me getting the excercise in DAILY is my biggest challenge. The portions and types of food are pretty easy for me. The timing is super easy, the only time I have problems is if I am working and cannot take a break of any kind (happens sometimes) so then I tend to run a bit late. However, according to Jessica's new rules she told us about, I am actually good on that too! Water is never a problem for me either.

I am sure my loss would go more quickly if I was better about the excercise, but I am still happy with how the plan works without the excercise!

I wasn't really having a lot of problems with the plan until recently.I had already given up the late night eating and I was getting the timing down pretty good, then i bought that food scale and figured things would be even easier.....yeah,right...I don't know what happened....maybe I let TOM get the best of me,and then there was the PIE SHOPPE...usually we only get to the pie shoppe 2 times a year and the visits are spaced out over a week...well...what with Maddie going to camp, then Mackey...now I have to go back on Thursday and pick up Angela's daughter cause Ang has to work and they are leaving on vacation Friday...then lets not forget i have to pick Mackey & Kylie up on Saturday....YIKES!Laurie...I think I'm going to need you to break out that ole whip....Well...as for yesterday and today so far...i'm am back OP and hoping to keep with it.This plan REALLY does work when you follow it,I have NEVER been so positive about my weight loss, nor have I EVER done so well.I'm going to do this....especially with all the help from my fellow LOSERS!!!!!!
