Big surprise here - but for me getting the excercise in DAILY is my biggest challenge. The portions and types of food are pretty easy for me. The timing is super easy, the only time I have problems is if I am working and cannot take a break of any kind (happens sometimes) so then I tend to run a bit late. However, according to Jessica's new rules she told us about, I am actually good on that too!

Water is never a problem for me either.
I am sure my loss would go more quickly if I was better about the excercise, but I am still happy with how the plan works without the excercise!
