I am on God knows what number of times I have "tried" to lose weight! LOL
I was always thin until I had little ones...Easy to gain and hard to lose as you all know...I am sure.
I've done...low fat, low carb, starvation 101 (LOL), no dairy, veggies, and just about all the fads...LOL...
Anyway, going to try again...No "diet" just watch portioning and move my fat butt!
fatbegone...that is the best advice i can give. watch portions and move, move, move. you can do this. i lost 33 pounds, but put 6 of it back on. now i am back to lose that 6 and drop the other 33 i was meant to lose. we can do this. we just have to put out more than we put in. welcome to the board....again!! i am a returning member too. i had such great results the first time, that i just had to return again.
