Just an intro

  • My name is LeiAn. I live in Orlando, FL. Trying for the umpteenth time to get rid of this excess weight. I've got roughly 100lbs to get rid of. My biggest obstacle is soft drinks. I don't like diet sodas and I can't seem to limit myself to just one/day. So I guess I'm going to have to go cold turkey. Anyway, just wanted to say Hi.
  • Welcome, and yeah, you have to get off the pop! Just out of curiosity, how many do you drink a day and what kind? You would be amazed and how fast those wasted calories add up.
  • let me just put it this way....I drink WAY too many. I usually drink Fanta, Mt Dew, Pepsi or Sprite. I heard somewhere that there's about 1/4 cup of sugar in each can....so I'm taking in WAY TOO MANY calories from them. I'm taking my big purple insultated mug to work tomorrow and fill it with water from the water cooler.
