Way to go on the size 10s
I too am in a size 10 again after 8 yearsand it feels great doesnt it??

I eat alot of low carb food myself, been eating eggs everyday pretty much and either bacon or turkey bacon and I eat alot of chicken breast and salad when I have the time and money to go buy it

there are alot of high protien dishes in the low carb section of these boards, maybe you an find some ideas to kind of break the bordom cycle of eating the same ol thing, let me know if I can help you in any way,
