I guess the intro says most of it. I need help! I am in the comforts of a relationship ....he tells me "Baby, you are beautiful...no matter what"...i know you are thinking what to i have to complain about...well...I'm not happy!...I am gaining weight and can't seem to stop.

I have Spina Bifida, Severe lower back pain from arthritis and a collapsed disc...I have been recently put on disability...there is a "gym" at the apartment complex where i live, but it's more like a closet with mirrors and a few free weights...The only thing I have found i can do without alot of strain is a stationary bike...and I do plan on investing in one as soon as i can afford it. I need to!

My fiance plans on joining the military in January, and I don't want to be the typical overweight Army wife (i don't mean any offense to anyone)...

I try to cook healthy, but when the budget is SO tight....it's hard....
