hi,

so, i'm not new, i joined here like 2 years ago i think and i've just not been on cos i couldn't remember the site and i tried and obviously got the address wrong til i found it on google today.

so i'm rachel, I'm 23 an i'm english though until the end of this year i can be found in warsaw in poland.

i'm determined to lose the weight i've put on. i lost 3 stone a few years ago, then got sick with glandular fever/mono and have since put it back on again (all of it but not more thankfully).

kind of in need of support!

i've bookmarked the site this time.

combination of rosemary conley's low fat diet (which i'll do again), lots of exercise and i think perhaps my anti-depressants which increased my seratonin level (as soon as i went off them i found it hard to lose any weight even with lots of exercise)
