Welcome to 3FC. You're certain to find lots of good ideas on this site.
I see you've posted two threads looking for ideas. Maybe you could explain a little more about your efforts. What does it mean when you say you eat right (mostly)? Are you following a particular plan to lose weight? By "just sits there", does that mean you're maintaining your weight or is it climbing?
I used to think I was eating right, but when I actually started counting calories I found that I was kidding myself! The meals were fine, but the snacking was upping my calories way beyond anything that would sustain the weight.
Anyway, give us some more information and we'll see what we can do to give you some ideas.
