Another newbie...
hello.. everyone! I just had my second baby 4 weeks ago and the doctor gave me the ok to start exercising and dieting. The weight came off with my first and I didn’t need to diet but this time around the weight is sticking around and it’s so depressing when you can’t even fit into any of your clothes! All I wear is sweatpants & my hubbys shirts.... It stinks! Anyhow I’m ready now to get started... !! Any advice is welcome!
