New and have a good reason to lose!
For my health of course, but I do have to admit I'm motivated by the fact that I recently met the guy of my dreams.
I don't believe in "dieting" just moderation. I'm eating well, lots of fruits, veggies, and protein, everything I buy is lite, low calorie, fat free, or low fat.
The biggest reason I'm here is because I have scoliosis, (curvature of the spine, it's genetic) and I want to know what kind of exercises I can do without straining my back. Lifting anything over 10 pounds is out, running or anything high impact is out (my doctor said this, not me).
Currently I'm walking (quickly) 3/4 - 1 mile at least 5 days a week.
