Since you lost weight while you were working, I'm sure you understand the importance of the extra activity you were getting and probably your eating was a little more structured than at home nibbling. I've done that! A nibble here and a taste there really adds up.
So the logical conclusion would be to add in some activity that you enjoy that gets your heart rate up ... and working on that food. Any ideas on that?
