Hi every one I am new to the board. I started my new life style Friday. I cut back on fat and sugar. This has helped me befor and I am hoping if I can stick with it this time I will lose the weight.
On Easter 2005 I weighted in at 240 pounds. This was the altimate low point of my life. I started this life style them and lost 70 pounds. BUT in the last 6 months I have gained back 20 pounds.
I read some of the threads on this board and thought I would join you. I am hoping to get down to a size8. I am a size 14 now. I weighed in this morning at 187, I want to be about 140ish.

Welcome!! congrats on the 70 pound loss and for catching yourself before gaining anymore back!! 3fc is a great place for support! There are so many support groups and challenge threads, dont be afraid to join in!!
