I know that NOBODY posted here, for a long time, but this is the only thread I ever did, so here is my progress... If you may call it that...
By February 14th I ballooned up to 190 lbs.
By the way, that was on vacation, not fair, why does everybody gain on vacation???
So I decided I really gotta do something dramatically different.
I work nights, and that makes a lot harder to lose weight sometimes.
Anyhow, I decided to ditch the cafeteria, coffee, and pop. I switched to home made meals and tons of tea instead.
I"M LOOSING!!!
I've lost 13 lbs so far, and I don't think it is going to slow down for a while.
