Hiya

Just another newbie here. I've had health issues which led to being placed on multiple medications that caused weight gain - now that I'm off the meds I'm struggling to lose the weight.

Hello, and welcome to 3FC! I gained weight on meds once. Really stinks, because you don't even get to enjoy what put the weight on.

Welcome to the best site on the net, My name is Mary,can't say I am new to it, but mostly I just lurk in the back ground. I just started back on program this week AGAIN!!! Weghing in this time at 86.3kgs and AM GOING DOWN TO 78kgs. THink positive! I wish you well on your weight loss.
